Tom Arnold

Tom Arnold’s current main tasks include serving as a board member of the Global FoodBanking Network (GFN); member, Global Panel for Agriculture and Food Systems for Nutrition (GLOPAN); board member, Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN); member, Malabo Montpellier Panel; member, Sight and Life Foundation; member, High Level Groups on EU Policy Innovation. Tom was Ireland’s Special Envoy for Food Systems (2021-22); he chaired Ireland’s 2030 agri-food strategy committee which produced Food Vision 2030, Ireland’s national agri-food strategy to 2030 (2021); for the EU Commission, he chaired the High-level Expert Group for Food Systems Science (2021) and the Task Force Rural Africa (2019). He was a member of the Champions Group Network for the Food Systems Summit (2021). His previous roles included serving as Coordinator, Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) Movement; Director-General, Institute of International and European Affairs (IIEA); Chair, Irish Constitutional Convention; CEO, Concern Worldwide; Chief Economist and Assistant Secretary General, Irish Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM); Chair, OECD Committee of Agriculture; Administrator, EU Commission. Tom has a degree in agricultural economics from University College Dublin (UCD) and master’s degrees from the Catholic University of Leuven and Trinity College, Dublin. He has Honorary Doctorates from the National University of Ireland (NUI) and from UCD.

Tom McEnaney

Tom McEnaney founded Effective Aid Ukraine in May 1998. He is a media consultant and the former business editor of both the Irish Independent, Ireland’s best-selling daily newspaper, and The Sunday Times (Ireland). He has held senior positions with The Irish Times, Business & Finance Magazine, The Sunday Tribune, Today FM, and Newstalk.

Bart Kane

Bart is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. After qualifying and completing his time in practice with Bastow Charleton (now Crowe) Bart went on to work as CFO/Finance Director with a number of Irish companies including Altobridge which he co-founded and helped to grow the business to ultimately employ 150 people in four jurisdictions around the world. He currently works as CFO consultant with Kaizen Workforce Solutions and a number of other Irish SME’s.

Nataly Stetsenko

Nataly Stetsenko is the lead caseworker for Ukrainians with the Irish Red Cross. She has over 12 years of experience in the healthcare and medical tourism industry, dealing with the public & private sector and non-profit organisations, mostly in Ukraine. Nataly holds a master’s in history, a postgraduate degree in nursing, and a teaching degree in social science.
